Acc-Ross plans to develop Blue Horizon Bay, a 76 hectare property located in an extremely sought-after area of coastal land, between Port Elizabeth and Jeffreys Bay in the increasingly popular Eastern Cape.

The development will leave ample open space to allow for the majority of the homes to be built with uninterrupted ocean views. Blue Horizon Bay promises to be one of the first estates of its kind in the area.
