Wilf is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in the financial services sector. He was previously the CEO of ABSA Private Bank and left ABSA in March 2006 after 16 years service. Wilf was appointed CEO of Acc-Ross Holdings in June 2006.

Andre has fifteen years of experience in property sales and development, specialising in residential property with a particular focus on sectional title complexes, housing and golf estates. He was appointed to the board in February 2006.

Khehla Mthembu
Non-executive Director (age 51)
Khehla holds a B Com degree from the University of South Africa. In July 2003, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Old Mutual Gauteng and in July 2004 was appointed as Head of Public Affairs. He was appointed as Non-executive Director of Acc-Ross in October 2005.
